***Under certain occasions and exceptions host may approve a shorter term of stay and will take under advisement on case by case basis. Please message with any questions.
*** Be aware and very cautious that it becomes "FAMOUSLY HOT" in SC causing the side patio and back porch steps to get VERY HOT. We highly recommend wearing some form of shoes to prevent feet from burning while going up down steps and stepping out to side patio.
*** Back porch floors become very slippery when wet, please use caution and we highly recommend wiping feet dry before stepping onto the porch to prevent any slips, falls or injuries.
*** No walking into the house wet when coming from pool/lake, please dry off before entering home
*** NO GLASS on beach, porches, patio, inside pool, around pool or limestone area
*** NO loud music after 9pm
